Constitution rights
The Wisconsin Supreme court ruled on the merits of the case. Trump had nothing to do with it. The case was improperly filed and the Governor wanted to allow people to vote after the close of the polls. This could have been avoided if they postponed the election to a later date. A better read on the subject was in the Wall Street Journal. Not as biased as the times.
