Beyond the chicken, the menu looks like it offered many other components. How where they? I’m not surprised the server lacked the basic senses to resolve the chicken issue. This isn’t a restaurant with regular service periods, the server was probably a field hand or other farm team member that they recruited to serve. If you want “fine”service go to a tried and true restaurant, this sounds more like a unique experience to be enjoyed for what it is.
