Wow, I did not know the history of that site. That's is very cool.

Likewise, I drive by it and look at it as a golden location for the right businesses.... The last thing I was thinking was a parking lot. I know the building was for sale for so long, but it clearly needed a lot of work and I guess nobody wanted to take it on...
