NO gasoline required ...... just hay, feed and water ...... to power up both BREEZY and BUDDY for pulling that large snow roller for flattening down the snow. Betcha that led it to some wicked icy roads, later on.
Did you know that gasoline cost something like eight cents/gal in 1927 ..... a fast 95-years, one lifetime ago.

Yes. But if you shut off the Subaru for the week and leave it in the driveway... not really a problem. It won't have issues with the weather, need to be continually fed, and general doesn't need to be cleaned up after. Go for more than a couple weeks... and you wouldn't need to bury the Subaru.
