My seasonal place is 400 sq ft. The primary residence is 1100 sq ft. I can do the latter, but the former is too small even for seasonal. I lived in the seasonal for 5 months last year. Just not for me. That’s why, fingers crossed, I’ll be closing on the seasonal in 3 days.
