ReStore-Plymouth does not want to sell you a defective, used dishwasher or refrigerator so they test these donated items and require a cash deposit from the donation person while testing it out.
The physical appearance, lots of use/wear or does it look almost like new, are somewhat obvious when shopping a used dishwasher.
