Bomb them with emails and they will get forwarded internally to people in a decision making capacity who you may not be able to get to on your own. In the past WMUR has done some consumer affairs/complaints stories. Call and ask them if they would like to do a story about this. Their reporter standing in front of the dealership you bought it at might result in some additional pressure on SeaRay.

Ask the Laconia Sun if they would like to do a story of local interest. They may decline if significant advertising dollars come from the dealer but it never hurts to ask. It might give the dealer additional incentive to call the higher ups at SeaRay and demand that they fix this.
