Cape Cod residents were circulating a petition to keep non-residents away. They were trying to close the bridges over the Cape Cod Canal to non-emergency non-residents. It never made it past the six o'clock news.
My first argument: That's seizure without due process. My 2nd argument: I ain't gonna pay taxes on a house I'm forbidden to use.
