I got the last space of outside docks and no one was docked on the inside. There were numerous people waiting to dock as well.
The person who designed the docks wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed that's for sure!

They work great when the typical boat is only 7 to 7.5 feet wide, which was quite likely when they were built.
