The temperature actually shows dropping 2 degrees today at www.blackcatnh.com and I'm sure there is an explanation but for the life of me I'm unable to figure this out.

...we also had some pretty good rainstorms move through. Air temps dropped over 10 degrees last evening with the passing of a thunder storm. dropping that cold rain can have an effect on surface temps, depending on the depth of the sensor. It will come back up, I know it will...just in time for me to get my boat back in the water after having new canvas put on.
