We also live in the Weirs and frequent the Lobster Pound. Usually we find if we sit in the bar area or up on the top deck the service is a little better.
The staff is ALWAYS friendly and they always greet us when they see us and ask how we've been.
We've never had horrible or bad service just a little slow at times and the food has always been decent. The very few times we've not liked something or it was wrong the staff immediately corrected our problem or bill. Certaintely not the best but we love it!!
