I am not saying or suggesting that the Chinese government created CV19 and were trying to weaponize it or released it on purpose. I noted that a
mistake or accident may have happened in their BSL 4 in response to another poster mocking the possibility. That is a theory that needs to be investigated. However, I certainly believe that the Chinese government would try to cover up an accidental release.
There is an excellent book named "Midnight at Chernobyl" that illustrates the lengths that a communist government will go to to save face with their citizens and the rest of the world. The Soviets did not want unit 4 to meltdown, they just didn't want anyone to know that it did.
