I just tried it on Chrome, Firefox and IE and I don't see the behavior you are describing. The edit box pops up right away. Since I tried it as an admin I also logged in as "Don" (a regular user) and it still worked normally.
Are you running anything on your browser like an ad blocker, Ghostery or other add-on that could be interfering? You could try deleting the winnipesaukee.com cookie and starting fresh or clearing your browser cache. That's all I can think of.
