I had a 36 volt Minn Kota Terova 101 mounted on the bow of a 24’ tri-toon. Minn Kota makes a low profile flat quick release mounting plate that works great.
You will want the longest shaft available which I think is a 72” as you will want to see the head of the motor above the playpen walls on your pontoon.
Depending on the clearance from the floor to the bottom of your door you may have to modify it so it clears your motor when closed. Most manufacturers make bow doors to allow clearance for trolling motors.
Edited to add...you may be OK with a 60” shaft depending on the height of your deck off the water at the bow.
