So...they are going to call another dealer to have a technician come out and service the unit/make necessary repairs. Also, they will pay Mr. Dayeb for last Saturday’s service call. The Generic lead technician from Moriarty is here right now....it’s like Xmas! They have been working out there for about an hour, and have just started running the checks. Hopefully, we’ll be in business soon with a working generator! 🤞 Thank you, Generac (WI) customer service.
