To pretend or genuinely not understand the difference between wanting the marina included within the no wake zone and that same company putting on a great local event promoting the boats they sell and a fantastic family activity is a level of obtuseness impressive even for this website. If they were petitioning to hold the event within the no wake zone you might have a case to make disparaging posts about the irony. Fortunately, you do not have a case.

It's attitudes like this that make great local events disappear (the list is long) or impossible to start. Events that bring families, customers & vendors together for a fantastic day on the water. It also would be a great event to educate people on proper wakeboat use and etiquette. So you perhaps would preventing the changes you actually seek by petitioning against this event.

Truly impressive.
