Somewhere along the line many of you missed a simple point that just because something is allowed or takes effort to enforce, it may still be a bad idea. For example: unassuming that the person next to you is interested in listening to your music. Perhaps, someone prefers to read a book in quite while you are getting loaded with beer with your friends. It is called common courtesy! There is a reason why more and more areas and sand bars around the lake are being regulated and I am certain Braun Bay will go that course in due time.



Meanwhile, a few sane visitors could exercise some self regulation by mentioning to the boat near by to keep the music below party levels. There are many boats anchored in the Bay on weekends, however only two or three feel the need to blast their music!


Braun Bay has been around a lot longer than you or any of the houses. What did you think would happen when you bought near one of the more popular sand bars?
