Just about every establishment boast the best prime ribs. You did not state where you are located so the sky the limit!

Good Prime ribs I found is at Avery's or O's in Lakeport.
Across the lake I found Buckley's good and in Ossipee, Hobbs.
Wolfeboro brings up O's bistro, Wolfe's Tavern and Club 59.
In Gilford Lyon's Den and Schuster's Tavern.
The best in NH, Hanover Chop House in ManchVegas.
