I called Verizon and they said they had no issues but for me 1 bar in downtown Boston is strange and to be dropping calls in the city and lake seems odd when I have never had a problem before. After 10 yrs with Verizon I had to change to ATT because Verizon dropped service at my home from 4g to 3g. Of course they had no problem. So now they have no me. Just heard from a former Verizon employee that the have been selling towers and leasing them back. I wonder if that could have an impact where the new owners dont maintain as well?
