a book for lobster lovers
For those of you who are interested in "lobsterology," I highly recommend the book: "The Secret Life of Lobsters" by Trevor Corson.
In it, he explores the world of the lobster from not only a historical and scientific perspective but also from the perspective of a lobsterman and his family on the coast of Maine. Examining not only the effect legislation has had on their livelihood and on the final price paid by the consumer but also how ongoing research is changing everything.
