Now, the area is so saturated with restaurants . I think it’s time that they get creative.

I’m surprised that Alex Ray hasn’t come up with a solution yet. Maybe they need to be more self- serve or change to a buffet style.

It’s obvious that having a shortage of workers is not a temporary blip, it’s the new reality.
Of all the restaurateurs I think Alex has the least problem hiring. His employees are well compensated and go through extensive training, also his service jobs tend to be more year round not part time
