Apparently Nolan's Half Baked (right next door to Nolans) is now permanently closed. The plans are to punch a hole into the wall and link the little space with the bigger space so it is just one restaurant. Not sure how they plan to do it without placing lots of steps.
Regarding the Cider Press; The Town of Wolfeboro wants to see an Engineered drawing of the existing septic system prior to approving The Cider Press to open. I am not sure if the existing system will meet current codes; if that's the case then I doubt it will be opening this summer.
