I Assume there is a contact on the ground with a radio...Like a temporary FBO..and Aviation Knowledge... that will
Wave Off pilots IF necessary due to water/slush on the runway.
Nose Wheel pilots beware...
There was a very expensive wreck last year...It wasn't water...ICE IS slippery.
