Went to Gunstock today for what will probably be my last day of skiing for the season. With warm temperatures the conditions turned to mashed potatoes quickly.
I didn't like the conditions but I did like the view (even though it was a little hazey). The ice cover looked pretty thin and it kept me thinking about an early boating season. Left the slopes early afternoon and headed to the Lyon's Den for a beer and take-out dinners and drove by the Weirs and then to Meredith to check out the lake before heading home. Hopefully I'll be back with the boat in a few weeks!
