I've always found NHMP
officers to be reasonable and perfectly friendly.
This year, however, dial that number to see that things are different at home-base: the problem is the caller and not the offender.
Fortunately, I've been able to relay the too-loud exhausts from my end of the telephone line; otherwise, be prepared to defend the need for calling
in the first place.
