Can government never stop spending? The keep adding taxes. Apparently they don't realize people are moving out of other states to shed taxes. I think a few people want to spend money for their pet project and all those pet projects add up to a lot more taxes. The problem also is people move to other states (like NH) and then want to bring their state and all it's baggage with them.
