"Placard" at the entry to the aircraft as well as in front of the passenger seat..."EXPERIMENTAL."

Warbirds seem to be included. The original Mfgr (In this case Boeing) takes no responsibility for the restoration.
It's kind of like a subtle warning from the FAA...:
"Danger..Danger..Will Robinson" ......
Maybe you should reconsider flying in this plane..
