...hey Skip...add alcohol to that list...Is there a "place" to gather that information.?..would make interesting reading...there is no denying that the "rental-boater" is, by definition, an "under"-educated boater...I would like that to change...the speed limit "is what it is"...maybe later we can change/adjust/compromise that as well...way I see it, if everyone drives the way they are supposed to,(rules of the road), we could pick on rusty more...
