My agent - nice guy. He advised me of the software that he has access to. I asked to be contacted as soon as something new came on the market. Yet, I look every day on computer and each house for sale I had to call him to set up a viewing. A house enters MLS. He was supposed to contact me right away. I ended up contacting him right away.
Nice guy though.

Very true here. It appears to be both a housing shortage and a rental shortage. But information is only what I hear from others.
BUT. Wouldn't it be nice if the real estate agent was on top of things and actually contacted customers. With all of these apps, emails, and cell phone texts - a simple notice to customer is easy.
