Very true here. It appears to be both a housing shortage and a rental shortage. But information is only what I hear from others.

BUT. Wouldn't it be nice if the real estate agent was on top of things and actually contacted customers. With all of these apps, emails, and cell phone texts - a simple notice to customer is easy.
