I would have voted for him if he had been talking up the Old Man on the Mountain replacement big-time, and that would have been one less vote for Jeanne Shaheen and one more vote for Walt.....go Walt go....he did real good....came real close percentage wise just below Jeanne....hey.....he came in a very strong second place! ........ all things considered....and rebuilding the Old Man could have put him over the top.


Instead of just saying "NO" to absolutely everything....like all Republicans...he could have created a new Old Man on the Mountain and really put New Hampshire on the national tourist map..... say-hey.....did you see that? About the only thing the NH Republicans are real good for.....is creating lots of potholes in the state roads!
Walt and Scott have never heard of the "Old Man on the Mountain. Therefore it didn't even enter their mind.
We aren't talking about two people who really had any interest in NH until they ran for office.
We don't have to worry about them anymore anyway.
