In October, the subdivision was approved. Since, the YMCA/Camp Belknap has opened a lawsuit. Is Owens' post a reflection of that?
I mean, given the Mr. Owen's diplomatic posts and stellar business history, it appears he's the perfect person to be spearheading this development at the expense of a youth, i.e. freeloaders, camp.
