Five monster foam noodles, $5.50-ea, stuffed under where the hull is scraping the rocks could make it a little easier for the tow boat to pull it off the rocks.
Have noodle .... will roll! ...... plus they get to keep the shredded noodles as a memory souvenir from this happening event ......
Maybe an inflatable tube air bag to lift it up, and off the rocks ......or the big lift Lockheed CH-53K helicopter courtesy the Marine Corps ...... that could lift it!
