The camera is my Snake Eyes camera, A StartDot NetCam XL 3MP. The networking equipment was purchased at the 3Gstore on the web. They have the best support ever. We got a
Cradlepoint CTR500 EVDO router and a Verizon
Verizon UM150 and a Verizon Broadband contract.
The Mount will decide on a camera soon.. then we can install the equipment permanently.
My laptop was misbehaving today and kept dropping the connection to the camera that I needed to adjust the focus and other parameters. That is why some of the pictures were less than desirable. (I have been having this problem and it is unrelated to the above networking equipment)
The Cradlepoint routers are the best out there and have the best support from the vendor so far. EVDO routers are fairly new to the networking industry.
