We purchased our first boat in 2005, it was a 1976 15' Chrysler tri-hull with a 75 hp Chrysler outboard two stroke. It was a real cream puff but we only paid 1200 dollars for it. Replaced the starter and the fuel lines, bought new seats and it was great. We did not worry wether we got out a lot as we did not have much money wrapped up in it! We towed it around to different lakes and ponds and had a great time with it. We sold it in 2015 as we bought a new Stingray sport deck boat. We got 1000 bucks for it! Sometimes when I think about how much we spend to boat now, I kind of miss it!
