I agree Pineneedles! The new owners are taking a full year to get the new (old) restaurant in place. The owner has experience reconstructing old buildings and he was a longtime customer of the Woodshed so he knows about its shortcomings. Further, he has been involved with countless real estate deals and he has tracked down the old owner for her input. I am very optimistic.
