Most of the times I've had ribs from Butt Rubbers, they've been pretty dry. Not bad, but I have to say that Lone Star BBQ out on Route 3 in Tilton has them beat by a long shot. That dude's ribs are outstanding! Also, his homemade BBQ sauce (chipotle flavor) is unreal. It's out of the way for me, but well worth the trip.
