Well ..... the great majority of NH residents are most likely good knowing that trucks with a gross vehicle weight of 26,000-lbs or more, and buses with 16-passengers or more, including driver, both are required to wear their seat belt, as it is designed to be used. And yes, these NH vehicles have 'Live Free or Die' on their license plates, same as car drivers that are not required to wear seat belts.

NH motorcycle plates have it, Live Free of Die, as well and motorcycle drivers are something like 28-times more likely to get killed than a car driver so it's more appropriate for a motorcycle plate.
