More like 50% for the daytime speed limit. 50% of the responses fell in the 1-50MPH category. There is no way you can try to be taken seriously and claim a boat with a top speed (that speed being the best-case speed) of 50MPH is EVER going to run a risk of being pulled over and cited for a daytime speed limit violation.

And of course, this is all based on the self-selecting people who responded to the poll. I have seen several small boats (little Whalers and the like) will small outboards that couldn't top 15MPH on flat water. Your statement about 100% of power boats is simply trolling.
