29F @ 156 MPH = 1 degree F

This is using the 2001 (new) Wind Chill Index from the NASA weather site. The wind really does not matter much above 55 MPH.

The technically correct wind speed to use is the sustained wind speed and 156 MPH was a gust.

It is currently 22F at the summit with a sustained wind speed of 90 yielding a WCT of -5F. Great April weather!
