So if the driver broke many rules, why do we need new ones. I can't find anywhere that driver went to court.
Why don't you get WinFabs to pass you new law? Are they too busy being 'Barbie on a pedestal' to do anything else? You certainly don't want SBONH to claim credit to your new law!
