Don't cloud the issue here, the problem is both BO and Hillary want to bring these people over here and illustrates complete incompetence on their part. Oh sure they pay lip service to vetting these people but it has already been well established we do not have a means to do this and clearly this is of no concern to either of them. Whether or not they need congress's approval or consultation is irrelevant. The media has nothing to do with this, they both have clearly stated their desire to do this.
