Retrieved the mooring ball from where I left it. No one claimed it after posting to two forums. Dropped it off at the Marine Patrol in Laconia the day before yesterday. Marine patrol was top notch and said they would contact the owner. Yesterday I received a call from the owner thanking me and was very happy to get it back.
