This is going to be an ongoing thread for a long time. It'll be interesting and a learning experience for most of us.

I used a company to do a survey called Stoney Ridge Environmental, Alton, NH, 603-776-5825. This is a women run company and they seem to know their stuff. A call to them for their opinion and suggestion would be a start.
