We have a beautiful time share at Pollard Brook, Lincoln, NH, which we are not going to be able to use this year. We would like to make it available to a responsible family wanting to enjoy a getaway with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, living room with fireplace, pool, workout room. You can hike, bike, ski or just plain relax! If you were to rent through the resort, a nightly charge would average $300+tax per night. Sleeps 8+. We would like to recoup our annual maintenance fee of $1,000. Available Sunday to Sunday Thanksgiving week. Please send PM if interested.
