This cowardly & abhorrent! I hope the police have taken it seriously and increased their drive bys.
Definitely talk with the Postmaster because it is a Federal Offense to put ANYTHING in a mailbox other than US Mail. Sounds to me like you have a very brave “neighbor(s) who are afraid to address you face to face.
