Interesting that Joe Biden installed a new railing before Hillary's visit. In videos, you can see Hillary grasping the Biden's new railing, and indoors, table tops, kitchen counters. She always has pillows and a tall stool handy for appearances. This is no way to start a Presidency, even if it's "earned" or an "entitled" one. Neurological problems "creep" within the afflicted individual.
While it's sad when anyone deals with a neurological affliction, to "officially" deny it—
