If the fee doesn't bother you you can get Premium Forwarding Service from the Post Office. Each week they will put all your mail in priority Mail envelopes and mail it to you.

Fees
$20.10 if you enroll online
$21.90 if you enroll at the Post Office
Weekly fees
$21.90 for each week of service whether you enrolled in person or online.

Or you can get "Informed Delivery" for free.

Informed Delivery provides residential consumers with a digital preview of their household's incoming mail scheduled to arrive soon.* Users can view greyscale images of the exterior, address side of incoming letter-sized mailpieces (not the inside contents) via email or an online dashboard.

That way, you will have a nice picture of all the mail you didn't get!
