RLW Broaadhopper makes some interesting observations and I think he may be on to something. Also, I hate to be the first to tell you this, but we are in the first inning of a fairly substantial real estate downturn and the resort areas will be hit hard. Stop looking in your rear view mirror because if you don't, the eighteen wheeler coming down the road will run you over.
