I picked up an old negative in an e-bay auction recently. I scanned it and photo-enhanced it. I clicked on "Effects", "color" and "negative"...and to my amazement (as I have no idea what I'm doing)
...it turned into a positive (?) and here you go! Isn't this a great old Photo?
PS - I am using ACDSee 2009.
