The trades are out of control with the pricing; and it's not just because of the price of lumber.
I hope they make enough money to last for some time off of the out-of-towners that they are gouging for every penny. They'll starve when it slows; and it will slow if not stop, just like the early 1990's when half of the lakes region economy disappeared.
I've got a list of people i'll never call for any work....and I'm quite vocal to anyone that asks.

The gouging in the trades is out of control right now. Thankfully I have no major, or even minor jobs to do...fingers crossed
